PRAIRIE CHAPEL CEMETERY

East Fork Township


Location: In NW corner of SW ¼, SW ¼ Section 15, T3N-R1W, on blacktop Shattuc Road, ¼ mile south of where it ends at County Road 19. Cemetery is on east side of road. Cemetery was called Maple Grove Cemetery, when land deeded for cemetery purposes by John H. Carter. Copied in April, 1976, by H. Wilbert Quick.
