The 1920 US Census was taken as of 1 Jan 1920. Clinton County had 25 census districts and about 20 enumerators. The counting began on 2 Jan 1920 and was completed by the end of that month. This means that unless a person was born in January before the census taker arrived there, they didn't have their 1920 birthday yet. So, for the majority of people, if the 1920 census says they are 6 years old, that means they were born in 1913.
The enumerators for 1920 asked 29 questions for each man, woman and child. To save loading time for the Clinton County Page, I have broken it down into 18 columns. A more detailed listing of this page can be found at the USGenWeb Census project, located here.
